Early years and the beginning of his career

Henrik showed an interest in card games from a young age, but a professional poker career began later in life. For the sake of poker, he made the brave decision to drop out of college to fully focus on his new passion. Hecklen got his start in online poker playing under the nickname hhecklen on the PokerStars platform. His success in online play quickly caught his attention and he soon began competing in major offline tournaments.
