The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is wrapping up with just a few bracelets still to be awarded at the Rio Convention Center in Las Vegas. However, the WSOP excitement continues for another month with the WSOP Europe making its triumphant return to King’s Resort, located on the Germany border in Rozvadov, Czech Republic, from November 19 to December 8, 2021, with 15 gold bracelet events along with €11 million in guaranteed prize pools.
Similar to the WSOP, the WSOP Europe was on the sidelines in 2020 thanks to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
The WSOP couldn’t be any more excited about the WSOP Europe returning to King’s Resort for the fourth year.
“We can’t wait to return to King’s Resort for the 2021 WSOP Europe and bringing bracelets back to Europe,” said WSOP Director Gregory Chochon via a WSOP press release. “King’s Resort has become the center of the poker world in Europe and it’s the best place for a poker reunion all players can celebrate.”
King’s Resort is also thrilled about hosting Europe’s largest poker tournament festival of the year.
“After the difficult year 2020, we are excited to give the players what they deserve and have been waiting for, the biggest tournament series in Europe with the biggest guarantees” said King’s Resort owner Leon Tsoukernik. “We are looking forward to giving top service and hospitality for all poker players as per King’s Resort standards.”
€5 Million Guaranteed Main Event

The 2021 WSOP Europe €10,350 Main Event is easily the highlight of the 2021 WSOP Europe with the event boasting a whopping €5 million guarantee from December 3-8.
The single re-entry event is one of the deepest to be found in Europe with players starting off with 100,000 in chips during each of the two opening flights on December 3-4 and blinds increasing slowly at every 90 minutes throughout the event.
Players can still qualify online at GGPoker and live at King’s Resort for what promises to be one of the most talked-about events of the year hosted in Europe.
The WSOP Europe Main Event has crowned many notable winners starting off with the inaugural event in 2007 in London after Annette Oberstad became the youngest bracelet winner at the time at just a young 19 years of age.
Big names continued to dominate the WSOP Europe Main Event with the likes of John Juanda, Barry Shulman, James Bord, Elio Fox, Phil Hellmuth, Adrian Matoes, Kevin MacPhee, Marti Roca de Torres, and Jack Sinclair all crowed winners before Alexandros Kolonias won the event the last time it was hosted in 2019 for €1,133,678.
