“It wouldn’t be Summer without WSOP”
Hearts were uplifted when WSOP exec Ty Stewart confirmed the WSOP poker online tournament was on for Summer 2020. With massive prize pools, first-time online event coverage and the chance to win 85 coveted WSOP 2020 bracelets.
WSOP events will run over two months – July 1 to September 6 – across two distinct poker platforms: WSOP.com and GGPoker.
The 51st World Series of Poker in Las Vegas had to be postponed due to COVID-19. Ty Stewart is optimistic about offline events returning soon. However, it’s still unclear when and in what form the World Poker Championship will take place at the Rio in Las Vegas. So, starting Wednesday, July 1, there will be a bracelet event daily for WSOP Nevada and NJ players.
