Golden Bounty Championship: How It Works

The Golden Bounty Championship follows a phase tournament format, which means that players have multiple chances to qualify for the final day. Players can enter a $25 buy-in Day 1 flight any day from Monday to Sunday. Each Day 1 session then concludes when 11% of the field remains or level 20 is reached, and those who advance carry their best stack to Day 2. Since players are allowed unlimited entries into Day 1 flights, only their best-performing stack will move forward to the final day, which, again, takes place every Sunday.

In terms of prize pool distribution, 50% of each buy-in is added directly to the total prize pool, meaning that the $50K guarantee remains substantial.

The Golden Bounty Championship format was designed with two things in mind — flexibility and multiple opportunities to qualify for the final stage of the tournament. The first edition of the Golden Bounty Championship kicks off this week, with the first final scheduled for this Sunday, February 16th.
