Fal1st has already been crowned the best player of a series, but that was during SCOOP 2023. Now, he is on the verge of becoming the top player of WCOOP.

Fal1st Becomes the First Player to Win 4 WCOOP 2024 Events
Last night, he won the $2K NLO8 ($39.8K). His previous 3 victories came in tournaments of three different disciplines:
- $1K FLO8 ($17.3K)
- $1K NL 2-7 Single Draw ($19.5K)
- $1K 8-Game ($22K)
But that’s not all. Last night, Fal1st also made a couple of deep runs:
- 2nd place in the $1K 5-card PLO8 ($22K)
- final table in the $2K World Championship of 8-Game, with the second-largest stack, while PokerStars Ambassador Lex “LexVeldhuis” Veldhuis is leading.
Will Fal1st Win the Overall Leaderboard?
In the overall leaderboard, Fal1st further solidified his lead:
- “Fal1st” – 2,195 points
- Yuri “theNERDguy” Dzivielevski – 1,800 points
- Blaz “Scarmak3r” Zerjav – 1,790 points
To catch up with “Fal1st,” Dzivielevski or Zerjav would need to win at least 4 tournaments (taking into account that the Fal1st will not win any more points).
Let me remind you that a win gives 100 points, second place awards 80 points, and so on. The minimum ITM earns 5 points. The winner of the overall leaderboard will receive $25K.
