It seems like a decade ago since the last Triton Series event at the WSOP Paradise in the Bahamas, where Triton hosted several events alongside the infamous World Series Of Poker. Their very own last event dates back to November 2024 in Monte Carlo, where ‘Gambledoor’ came to life at the age of 69!
Since 2018, Triton Poker has made Jeju Island, South Korea, one of the key destinations of its yearly schedule. To say the least, it’s growing and growing every year, as many players can now qualify online as well, thanks to its partner, WPT Global.
The event in 2024 had a total of 17 unique tournaments, of which the $100,000 Main Event got the most attention. A whopping total of 216 entries were made in total, and it was Czech superstar Roman Hrabec who took down the event after beating OG of the High Stakes scene, Jean-Noel Thorel. The ‘Orange’ man took home $4,330,000 for his victory, not bad!

Triton Poker
The Triton Poker events are being attended by literally all true rockstars that the world of poker has to offer. Phil Ivey, Fedor Holz, Jason Koon, Patrik Antonius, Wiktor Malinowski, Christopher Brewer, Alex Kulev, Michael Addamo, Paul Phua, Ole Schemion, Adrian Mateos, David Peters, Jesse Lonis, and so many more. It’s literally every single player who takes part in this event, which we would list here.

Besides all the regular faces, plenty of newcomers are trying to reach eternal fame at the Triton Series. Take for example Jon Kyte, who recently started a collaboration with KKPoker. The Norwegian is travelling the world more in the previous years, and ever after his 2nd place finish during EPT Prague in the past, he is crushing all over the place. It will be very interesting to see how Jon Kyte will keep up against the top elite of the world.
Kyte is not the only ambassador of an online poker brand which will show up for the appointment. ACR ambassador Ebony Kenney is also present, who reached the spotlights last week due to yet another RTA accusation related to an ACR player, while playing poker online. Furthermore, ACR is known for bringing out ambassadors to the Triton events, and they haven’t even done it too badly for themselves!
Online Qualifiers
Due to the partnership with online poker platform WPT Global, players can qualify for the Triton events at home. Thanks to this collaboration, players from WPT Global now have the opportunity to save up WPT Global Passport Dollars, which can be used to buy into the $25,000 WPT Global Slam event at the Triton Poker Series. This tournament made it’s debut at the previous edition of Triton Monte Carlo and was taken down by Brian Kim, banking $976,916!

Live Updates
Triton Poker, which surprisingly did not get the deserved attention during the yearly GPA Poker Awards, has one of the finest live coverages in the world. Top-notch blogs, interviews, and the results are always perfectly in order. The biggest anchor of the Triton Poker Series has to be the live coverage, available on YouTube every single day of the event.
Make sure to check out their official YouTube Channel, and definitely keep track of our own PokerListings social media accounts as we will provide information about the event winners and more!
