With summer holding on by a thread, it’s time to start preparing for the colder months, right?

Wrong, at least when it comes to GGPoker. Just a few days ago, the largest poker room in the world announced the launch of this year’s Road To Paradise satellite tournament series, giving players a chance to secure their spot at WSOP Paradise (December 6th – December 19th, 2024) at Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas.

So, the question on everyone’s mind is – How does the Road to Paradise work this year?

Road To Paradise 2024 So Far

Starting August 25th and then spanning across several months, the Road to Paradise will host a selection of qualifier and step satellite tournaments leading players to WSOP Paradise with as low as $1 buy-ins.

The online tournament series opened with a ten $30K Super Main Event packages on Sunday, August 25th. So, what’s in it for the winners.

Starting of with the most important bit of information, players who manage to win one of the $30K packages, will secure their spot the $50 Million GTD WSOP Paradise Super Main Event. For a bit more context, the package includes a $26,000 ticket for the Super Main Event, as well as discounted accommodation at Atlantis Paradise Island, the resort where WSOP Paradise is set to take place. Free food and beverages in the players’ lounge are also included.

Apart from the somewhat expected part of the package, package holders will also be granted entry to the $1M Super Saver Invitational Gold Bracelet Freeroll.

If you were to ask GGPoker, this Road to Paradise is going to be bigger than ever, with 1,000 GGPoker players expected to participate in the online satellite events. GGPoker Global Ambassador, Daniel Negreanu was there to hype up one of the last tournaments of the year, stating:
