Tana delle Tigri Crowns Winner as Banco Casino Masters Gears Up!
The Tana delle Tigri Main Event finished strong over the weekend, crowning Italian Alessio Liscia as its new champion. After defeating a total of 964 entries, Liscia emerged victorious turning his starting €250 into a more than respectable €27,000! Coming in second to the final table of eight players, the Italian emerged victorious after a 3-way deal and a highly successful finish.
As we’ve told you time and time again, Banco Casino is all about high-quality live tournaments and Tana delle Tigri was no different. With the Main Event guarantee managing to resist the pressure of domestic and foreign players alike, it was off to the tables. Out of the 964 entries, a total only 234 players advanced to Day 2, with just 40 making it to the Final Day on Sunday, April 28th.
Securing his seat at the final table, Frenchmen Noah Alem came in as the chip lead with Liscia trailing closely behind in second position. In the end, Alessio Liscia managed to provide some poker tournament magic, going home with a whopping €27,000 prize!

Still, the Main Event wasn’t the only one played over the course of the ten day tournament. During the week, Tana delle Tigri also crowned the winners of both the TdT Masters and Mystery Bounty Champions.
On Sunday, April 28th, the Tana delle Tigri Masters kicked off with a buy-in with an entry fee of €450 + €50. With a total of 84 registered entries, it was Alexey Mishuk taking home the first place prize that fell just short of €10,000.
The entire tournament finished with a bang of a last event, the player-all-time-favorite Mystery Bounty. Even though there were countless nationalities among the 273 entries, the trophy ended up back in Italy, in the hands of no other than Davide Di Fazio.

Get Ready for the 39th Banco Masters
Just as one even draws to a close, Banco Casino has another up its sleeve. This time, it’s the 39th edition of the Banco Casino Masters €250,000 GTD, taking place in just under two weeks time, from May 13th to May 20th, 2024.
Keeping us on our toes, the 39th edition of the Banco comes with special qualifying bonuses at Banco Casino. For those a bit newer to the tournament, this means that players who manage to qualify twice will start the tournament with a €500 bonus from the casino. Then again, those who pull it off three times will be looking at €1,500 bonus.
As you may have deduced from the picture, this time around the overall guarantee is 250,000€, while the buy-in remains at 170€. While we can’t cover the entire jampacked schedule, we can tell you that the Main Event kicks off Tuesday, May 14th and runs all the way to the final day, May 20th when the ultimate winner will be decided.
