What’s on the Menu for Star Season?

At its core, Star Season is a collection of multi-table tournaments (MTTs), each treated as an “episode” of this month-long event. Players can expect boosted prize pools and unique opportunities to rack up leaderboard points across Low, Medium, High, and Overall tiers.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a PokerStars festival without the Ticket Machine. Over $250,000 of the prize pool is being distributed through this ever-popular promotion, where you can claim entries by simply opting in and playing Star Season tournaments. Rack up entries during the week, and cross your fingers for a winning draw each Sunday until the season wraps on December 1^st.

But that’s not all! The top-performing players across the four leaderboards will battle it out for $100,000 worth of tickets to PokerStars’ yet-to-be-announced New Year Series. Leading the pack?

A New Year Series ticket package worth $22,000 for the overall Stars Season champion.

Sunday Showdowns and Leaderboard Points

Sundays have always been a staple for online tournament grinders, and PokerStars is cranking up the heat with double leaderboard points every Sunday during Star Season. Keep an eye out for standout events like the $109 buy-in Stars Season Kick Off on October 27, which boasts a $1 million guaranteed prize pool.

Things really heat up on November 10, which will see two major events: the $55 buy-in Red Spade Open with $500,000 guaranteed (plus special bounties on PokerStars Ambassadors), and the always-popular Sunday Million, offering another $1 million in guarantees. And yes, you read that right – PokerStars is running three Sunday Millions during Star Season, with the final edition on November 24.

The season culminates with the Stars Season Finale on December 1, where a massive $1.25 million is on the table. What’s more, you’ll earn triple leaderboard points, giving players the final push they might need to claim leaderboard dominance.

Bounties, Trophies, and More

PokerStars is spicing things up by adding bounties to Star Season. Busting a PokerStars Ambassador from their hosting event will not only win you a $109 seat to the Stars Season Finale, but also an exclusive Spraggy throwable and a shot at a $2,500 Silver Power Pass through an All-in Shootout. These little extras make every episode more exciting, particularly with ambassadors hosting their own episodes.

For those who thrive on collecting accolades, fourteen of the Star Season tournaments come with trophies for event winners. Additionally, players who compete in five or more episodes will unlock a Stars Season Prestige Badge — perfect for showing off your dedication.

Take a Shot with Power Path

Running alongside the Star Season is the Power Path promotion, which offers players a chance to secure event entries they may not otherwise bankroll for. With Silver Passes worth $2,500 and Gold Passes valued at $10,300, Power Path provides opportunities for all levels of players to join the action.
