Global Poker has made their voice heard in the poker community a lot recently. With their Celebrity Challenge soon to be finished – where Global Poker players were given the opportunity to play poker against legends in the form of swimmer Michael Phelps, music producer DJ Khaled, and basketball stars Paul George and Karl-Anthony Towns – they recently announced the return of their most iconic poker championships. That’s right, fellow online poker players – get ready for the Eagle Cup VII!

October 23rd-November 12th, players will be treated with 21 days filled to the brim with both Sweeps- and Gold Coins online poker tournaments. A total of 216 trophies will see their new owners and with a GC 953,5M as well as a SC 1,12M guarantee, we’re in for some serious poker action on this free-to-play poker client.

Players participating in the Eagle Cup VII will seek to climb inside the top 10 of the tournament series leaderboard. Those lucky 10 will have the chance to claim up to GC 5M in additional prizes. A fun addition to the Eagle Cup VII, comparatively with the prior edition, is that certain special tournaments have been added to the schedule. For example, 23rd of October a breast cancer awareness tournament. This is a really nice gesture of Global Poker and proceeds will be going towards the Breast Cancer Foundation.

Another extra-added tournament this year is the “Totally Terrific Tongue Twister Day Tournament” which will be played November 8th.
