Sam Trickett, Tom Dwan, David “Devilfish” Ulliott and Andy Frankenberger all figure into this week’s In and Out List.
Yet another week is over and that means its time for us to make pseudo-controversial statements about what’s hot and what’s not in the world of poker.
This is PokerListings and this is Poker’s In and Out list:
Poker’s In List November 11-17, 2011
Sam Trickett: IN
The first of two Brits on this week’s In List, Sam Trickett gets a nod for closing on yet another major tournament.
Trickett made the final table of the Partouche Poker Tour back in September and just returned to Cannes to take top honors and the €1 million first-place prize.
Trickett has $6.3 million in total career earnings and takes the number one spot on England’s all-time live tournament money list with this win.
Check out the full final table rundown here.
Jake Cody: IN
Jake Cody is in this week after proving that endorsement deals are still open to poker players, as long as you’re not American.
Cody was signed to graphics-fueled online poker site PKR and joins existing Team PKR Pro members including Sofia “welllbet” Lovgren and Scott Shelley.
Cody has only been playing live majors since late 2009 but has already won titles on the EPT, WPT and at the WSOP.
“I’m very VERY excited about joining Team PKR Pro,” said Cody. “I’ve been patient with sponsorship, waiting for the right deal to come along. It’s a great site to be involved with and I think I can help take it to the next level.”

Andy Frankenberger: IN
Andy Frankenberger takes the third spot on this week’s In List thanks to the completely unorthodox style in which he won the recent partypoker Premier League Mixed Game Championship in London.
He reportedly tilted the un-tiltable players Mike Sexton and played a hand that Luke “FullFlush1” Schwartz called “one of the worst hands he had ever seen” on his way to victory.
Frankenberger is the reigning WPT Player of the Year and defeated Brit Andrew Feldman to claim the $100,000 first-place prize.
Poker’s Out List: November 11-17, 2011
$2.6M of Tom Dwan’s Money: OUT
HighStakesDB reported a chat log between Phil Galfond and PokerStars player John “Garfield25” Chan.
Chan relates the fact that the big game is running again in Macau and that Tom Dwan lost roughly 20 million HK$, or $2.6 million USD, last week.
High-stakes poker has seemed to see a surge in Macau in the last year with top pros like Dwan, Phil Ivey, Patrik Antonius and John Juanda all playing.
A few of the richest businessmen reported to play in those games actually made it to Australia earlier this year for the Aussie Millions so click through here to see photos of some of the players who may have relieved Dwan of that $2.6 million.
The Hopes and Dreams of Thousands of Young Women: OUT
One of poker’s most notorious womanizers is finally settling down for the time being.
David “Devilfish” Ulliott got married on Saturday. The former safe-cracker and convict is on his third marriage.
Tony G – in typical Tony G fashion – took the momentous occasion to rip Ulliott in his blog and wish him well in his “retirement.”
Tony G pointed to the massive success of Sam Trickett as a reason that Devilfish has been dethroned as the biggest U.K. winner in poker.
At least now Ulliott can complain to his wife about Tony G.
JP Kelly at PokerStars: OUT
In a somewhat surprising move PokerStars has given two-time bracelet winner JP Kelly the boot from Team PokerStars Pro.
Kelly made waves in the poker world this summer when he made a deep run in the WSOP Main Event eventually finishing 26th for over $300k.
Back in 2009 Kelly won two WSOP bracelets (one was at the WSOPE) in Hold’em events.
The young English pro is up $1.6 million in his poker career and is frequently touted as one of the best up-and-coming British poker players.
