The Polish Poker Days have come to an end. The event attracted an amazing number of 3735 entries and this was even a bit more than the previous edition at the end of last year (3630). It resulted in a prize pool of €380,970, setting the top prize at €64,540, virtually doubling the guaranteed prize pool!
In the end it was Kacper Kuzior who upheld the honor of Poland and was allowed to take the trophy home. He left no stone unturned at the final table, beating Tomasz Lewandowski (no relation to robert) in a heads up battle for the win. Less than a day later, it’s the turn of the Cyprus Series of Poker, an event with a guaranteed prize pool of €250,000. Yes folks, it’s a good time to be in Bratislava at Banco Casino right now. If you’re in the area, now’s your chance!
Cyprus Series of Poker in Full Swing

With six flights still remaining in the next couple days, it was a rather slow start with only 231 entries in total so far in the first flights of the Cyprus Series of Poker Main Event. With a buy-in of €220+€30, and a guaranteed prize pool of €250.000, it is being promised to a value town these days in Bratislava as the current overlay is extraordinary. The staff of Banco Casino already had a busy year in 2022, imagine how they end up during such great poker events, one after the other. Besides the Main Event, the High Roller also knows his first starting day today. With €50.000 Guaranteed, and a buy-in of €700+€70, it is expected to be crowded as well.
We will keep you posted about the results of this event here at PokerListings.

– Banco Casino is located in the capital of Slovakia. With an airport in Bratislava, they are easy to reach from all across Europe. However, Vienna (Austria) is just about 30 to 40 minutes away by shuttle bus or taxi, and this airport is even better connected to the rest of Europe.
Kuzior Doubles His Live Tournament Earnings
Kacper Kuzior from Poland managed to win the Polish Poker Days and completely destroyed the final table to take home the first prize and the honorable trophy. By finishing second during the German Poker Days in Rozvadov earlier this year, he had an amazing start of the year, resulting in a cash of €45.650. The young gun from Poland topped the field this time, securing €64.540, for his biggest cash in live tournaments to date. It wasn’t the only final table he made in Bratislava, as he managed to become 6th in the €225 Mystery Bounty. We are certain to hear more from him in the upcoming future, hands down!
