Canada and poker go together as well as pancakes and maple syrup. When you think about Canadian poker players, legend Daniel Negreanu may cross your mind. Of course there are a lot more talented poker players waving the Canadian flag; Sam Greenwood, Mike McDonald and Jonathan Duhamel, just to name a few.

However, there can only be one king/queen, and it’s now up to KKPoker to crown him/her. We may be early into the New Year, but the race for becoming Canada’s best poker player 2024 starts now. Who will emerge the undisputed winner?

Canada’s Best Player 2024

It is on KKPoker where all Canadian poker players will have the opportunity to partake in the battle to become the best Canadian poker player of 2024. To be named the best player of one’s country surely is something every poker player wants on his or her resume, and we predict that the contest will be a spicy one.

The concept for KKPoker’s “Canada’s Best Player 2024” is simple. During the year, there will be online poker tournaments running on the client through which Canadian players can earn important leaderboard points. After each quarter, the top 10 players on the leaderboards will receive cash prizes corresponding to their leaderboard finish. Then, the leaderboard will reset and the next quarter will begin.

The aforementioned tournaments comes in two forms: one with a $20 Buy-In, and one with a $100 Buy-In. See the table below to get an overview of how the points will be distributed for the $20 tournaments (the $100 tournaments simply doubles the points).

The one who wins the quarterly rankings can be very happy with their achievement, but it doesn’t stop there! Even though the quarterly leaderboard resets, all points will be added up together after the last quarter. This is when the final winner can be crowned and titled the best Canadian player of 2024. Not only will this person get an epithet worthy of royals, but he or she will also be awarded a $10 000 for an amazing feat.
