GGPoker Closes Out 2023 With a Bang!
It may only be a handful of days left for 2023, but the GGPoker train never stops! It’s been a ridiculously good year for GGPoker, and one can understand why. With an awesome online poker tournament series such as the Bounty Hunter Series and the great new poker innovation “Game of Gold”, GGPoker really treated the poker community with some serious action and fun content throughout the year.
GGPoker are not slowing down and now they’re squeezing out the last little bit of fun in 2023. There are some awesome poker promotions going on at the site right now and players would be very wise to get in on some GGPoker action to start the new poker year in the best possible way.
With that in mind, let’s take a swift look over GGPoker and see how they are closing out 2023 and starting 2024!
$50 000 000 Winter Giveaway Series
The hottest thing going on GGPoker right now surely is the Winter Giveaway Series. The series kicked off December 15th but considering it’s going on until January 15th, there’s still a lot of action to partake in.
The last day of the series is when the $250 Winter Series Grand Finale will be played. This is the poker tournament that should be classified as the Main Event of the series and with an astonishing $2 024 000 GTD. You better believe there will be some action in this tournament.
There’s a lot of fun prior to the Main Event. January 7th the $50 Global MILLION$ New Year Bounty Bash and the $54 Omaholic MILLION$ New Year Bounty Bash will both be played. The Texas tournament has a $1 000 000 GTD and the Omaha holds $250 000.
It should also be mentioned that the $125 Christmas Day Mystery Bounty already have been played. Austrian player DJ Otzi claimed the win and took home $83 461,75 including bounties.

There is also the Winter Giveaway Series freeroll which has a $1 000 000 GTD! This is GGPoker’s biggest freeroll ever and it’s open to all players between December 20th and January 1st.

The Winter Giveaway Series is not the only happening at GGPoker. UK and Ireland GGPoker players now have the opportunity to qualify to the United Kingdom Poker Championships through satellites on the GGPoker client!
The live poker tournament event will be played at the Dusk Till Dawn Casino in Nottingham January 21st-29th 2024 and the Main Event has a £560 Buy-In. Through the GGPoker qualifiers, players can win tickets to use on one of the Day 1 online fights on GGPoker. There are two Day 1 flights online players can choose from, January 20th and January 23rd. Players who make it to Day 2 must arrange and pay for travel and accomodations.
