The World Poker Tour (WPT) has officially announced its schedule for the first half of 2025, and even at first glance, it’s clear that this is shaping up to be a global affair. With poker stops across Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America (so far), the tour continues its tradition of bringing world-class poker in some of the most unexpected destinations.

WPT 2025 Season Kicks Off in Cambodia

Cambodia’s NagaWorld Integrated Resort will host the opening WPT events of 2025, starting with WPT Prime Cambodia (Feb. 14-18) and followed by the $3,500 buy-in WPT Cambodia Main Event (Feb. 19-24).

WPT 2025 Half Schedule: WPT Cambodia

The schedule then hops continents, bringing the action to Europe, North America, and Australia. March kicks off with WPT Prime Cyprus (March 13-17), hosted at the Chamada Prestige Hotel & Casino.

Shortly after, Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, California, will host WPT Rolling Thunder (March 16-19), marking the first WPT stop for North American players. Later in the month, the action moves Down Under with WPT Prime Gold Coast (March 21-26) at The Star Gold Coast Casino, a fan-favorite destination, mostly thanks to its warm hospitality and competitive fields.

More Season Highlights in the U.S.

The season concludes its first half with two iconic stops in the United States. The WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown will take place in Hollywood, Florida, from April 4-8. This $3,500 buy-in event has become a cornerstone of the WPT calendar, drawing larger fields year after year. Wrapping up the schedule is the WPT Choctaw in Durant, Oklahoma, running from May 2-5. This $3,800 buy-in tournament offers U.S. players another chance to compete in a premier poker setting before the summer.
