Christmas time is high season for all online poker players and providers and after partypoker and 888poker already announced their big tournament series for the next weeks, GGPoker now also published its first big pre-Christmas series.

At GGPoker, the Super MILLION$ Week returns starting December 5th and this series has it all. GGPoker is offering 38 tournaments, many of them with high 6 to 7-figure guarantees and a main event that guarantees $5 million.

These are the highlights of the series:

  • $525 Kickoff Tournament on Dec. 5th with $1,500,000 guarantee.
  • Two $1,050 Highroller tournaments on Dec. 5th and Dec. 12th, each with $1,000,000 guarantees
  • $2,100 Omaha Bounty tournament with 5 starting days and $1,000,000 guarantee
  • $10,300 Main Event with 5 starting days and $5,000,000 guarantee
  • $25,500 Super Highroller with $1,000,000 Guarantee

Expensive tournaments, affordable satellites

The Super MILLION$ Week tournaments on GGPoker are all rather expensive. The cheapest buy-in is $525, but players with smaller bankrolls can qualify for the tournaments via satellites. The step satellites to the tournaments start at 55 cents and run around the clock.

Ask Fedor

New: Coaching Feature on GGPoker

As part of the Super MILLION$ Week, GGPoker is promoting a new feature called “Ask Fedor”.

This seems to be a kind of coaching function with which you can have your game evaluated by the GGPoker software when reviewing your hands.

It will be interesting to see whether this coaching function will have an actual benefit or whether it will mainly point out obvious things to the player.

“Ask Fedor” will be rolled out on GGPoker within the next few days.

888poker and partypoker have also already announced their Christmas programs. Both providers have series where the total guarantees are lower, but at 888poker, the buy-ins are also more affordable and partypoker might be looking at a series with overlays in their main event.
