The poker accolades have been sure and steady for Russia’s Anatoly Filatov over the course of his career and now he can add one more to that impressive list:

While we’ve been on Team Filatov for years the poker world has now caught up as partypoker announced today Filatov has joined its pro team alongside Sam Trickett, Mike Sexton and Natalia Breviglieri.

As we found out during the MIP voting process Filatov is by far one of the most popular players to come out of the burgeoning Russian poker scene and there’s no doubt he’ll help push the partypoker Live and online scene to new heights.

As we’ve seen from his exploits in Sochi and on his Vlog, he’s got more than enough personality to go around and they couldn’t have picked a more talented or entertaining player.

Congrats to Anatoly! Come share the joy again at the Battle of Malta this year, too.

2) No Phones, No Hoods, No Sunglasses

As we’ve learned from Stanley Kubrick and Tom Cruise, some all-night masquerade parties begin and end with magic, orgiastic rituals and perpetual nightmares.
