Here’s the lowdown: from January 10–29, 2025, WPT Global will host a series of Lunar New Year Bonus Freerolls with prize pools totaling over $1 million. While the first freeroll was scheduled for yesterday, January 10th, there’s still plenty of time until the Lunar celebration comes to an end at WPT Global.

So, how do you qualify? It’s fairly simple actually:

  • Bet $1,000+ in the WPT Global Casino during the qualification period (January 7–21) to secure a ticket for the freerolls on January 10, 17, 25, or 29.
  • For a seat in the $409K freeroll on January 28, you’ll need to wager $20,000+ during the same timeframe.

Participants can earn up to two tickets — one for the general freerolls and another for the big-money event on January 28. Tickets are added to accounts the day after requirements are met, so players can focus on the action without delay. Just keep in mind that tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire after the event.
