The first side events are already running with massive fields and, to spice things up as the festival progress, there’s the grudge match between Will Kassouf and Stacy Matuson, a Ladies’ Tag Team event and plenty more international poker stars added to the mix.

Everything’s OK so far.

And much like the first “Make It Big” festival in London last October, 888poker has invited some international stars to complement them.

On February 2 all eyes will be on the heads-up grudge match when Kassouf and Matuson face off to settle the “Who’s the Real Boss?” issue.

Ladies Tag Team Event

Another high-profile event added to the calendar is a 3 vs. 3 Tag Team event matching up some of the most talented female players on the continent.

Oanh BuiJoanna Kwak and Anna Wegscheider will take on 888poker ambassadors Scott, Lövgren and Hof for the right to represent 888poker at the 2017 WSOP Ladies Championship.

They’ll play a best-of-three match with 15 minute levels and a 5,000 starting stack. Four team decisions will be allowed so that each player can consult her teammates during her match.
