Welcome to Day 1e of the €500K GTD PPC Czech Main Event

Welcome to the PokerListings coverage of the 2022 partypoker Championship (PPC) Czech Main Event taking place at the luxurious King’s Resort from August 8-15. 

The PPC Czech Main Event guarantees a whopping €500,000 for just a €330 buy-in. There are still satellites running in the casino where players can potentially earn a seat for just a fraction of the cost.

As is the trend with partypoker events, the PPC Malta Main Event is a hybrid tournament with three opening flights already played online at partypoker along with eight more live opening flights here at King’s Resort. Players start with a massive stack of 100,000 in chips, equating to 200 big blinds with blinds increasing every 30 minutes.

Players can re-enter twice during each opening flight while late registration is open for the first 10 blind levels, providing plenty of chances to bag a big stack into Day 2.

Players that find a bag will already be in the money for at least a min-cash of €600 and will battle it out for two more days on August 14-15 until a winner is crowned.

Today will feature both Day 1d at 11 a.m. and Day 1e at 6 p.m. Our coverage will begin at 6 p.m. for the later flight and will continue with tomorrow’s Day 1g. Of course, we will be on hand to report all the big hands, bad beats, atmosphere, and more until the latest PPC winner is crowned on Aug. 15.

Also taking place today is the €5,000 guaranteed €150 Ladies Event at 3 p.m. and a €60 Main Event satellite guaranteeing at least 10 seats at 9 p.m.
