Just before the blinds increased, Gregor Svetcic three-bet jammed for about 40,000 over two players and was called by Robert Perelman, who originally opened from early position for slightly less.
Robert Perelman: J J
Gregor Svetcic: A K
“Good luck,” Perelman said before adding. “But I hope I win.”
Perelman indeed won the flip to leave his opponent with crumbs in his stack after Svetcic bricked the 8 9 5 Q 6 board.
Svetcic seemed to take losing the flip well.
“Some hands play themselves,” he said to the table as the dealer began shuffling the deck for the next hand.
Robert Perelman – 75,000
Gregor Svetcic – 5,000
