PokerListings Deepstack Champ Kalle Ly “Had an Accident”

Earlier this year, at The Festival Series Tallinn, our friend Kalle Ly won the PokerLIstings Deepstack for nearly €11,000 and was building up a stack today. We just saw him on the rail and we asked what happened.

“I had an accident,” Ly shared before he went into the hand.

Ly shared that the player in the small blind opened to 15,000. Ly three-bet jammed for about 135,000 from the big blind and his opponent quickly called.

Ly turned over ace-queen suited and was up against tens. The tens won the flip as Ly shared he bricked the board and his opponent even improved to a straight.
