Teun Mulder is above a starting stack after taking down a hand as follows. Luuk Gieles opened for 30,000 from the small blind and Mulder called. Mulder called a bet of 21,000 on the 4 8 3 flop before the 9 was dealt on the turn. Gieles check-raised from 33,000 to 235,000. Mulder paused for about a minute before he jammed for about 800,000.
