Thomas Jakobsen was the runner-up last year at the Tallinn Summer Showdown Main Event and is looking to do one spot better this year.
Jakobsen was just involved in a small hand where he opened for 55,000 from under the gun with 8 8 and was called by Joris Hvibovs with A Q from the big blind.
Hvibovs checked the 7 10 6 flop and gave up on the hand facing a bet of 40,000 to allow Jakobsen to take down the pot.
Thomas Jakobsen – 1 million
Joris Hvibovs – 600,000
