Kashi & Oliva Bag Big in the PPC Czech Main Event

Saturday was a banner day at King’s Resort with the two opening flights of the €500,000 guaranteed partypoker Championship (PPC) Czech €330 Main Event drawing huge numbers.

Signs were good with the early Day 1f flight attracting 416 entries, by far the biggest opening flight at the time. A total of 64 players were scheduled to bag chips. However, two players busted on the bubble leaving just 63 players with Arian Kashi not only bagging the biggest stack with 2,593,000 in chips but also the overall chip lead.

Things got even bigger for the later Day 1g flight with 465 entrants getting into the action. A total of 70 players survived with Jakub Oliva coming out on top with 2,052,000 in chips after more than 10 hours of play.

PPC Czech Main Event by the Numbers Thus Far

Thus far, the PPC Czech Main Event attracted 1,954 entries with 294 players surviving. The €500,000 guarantee has already been smashed with the field generating a massive €556,890 prize pool, which includes six seats to the 2022 WSOP Europe €10,350 Main Event. These figures will continue to grow with one last turbo opening flight taking place on Sunday at 11 a.m.

All surviving players have already secured at least a €600 min-cash even before cards will be in the air on Day 2 on Sunday at 4:30 p.m.
