The flurry of eliminations during Level 24 continued to the end as on the very last hand of the level Gabriele Re got his short stack in with king-seven against Daniel Smyth with nines.

It was looking good for Re to double after he improved to two pair on the K 7 2 flop. The Q turn was safe for Re but Smyth hit his two-outer on the river with the 9 completing the board.

With just 10 players left, the tournament is on the final table bubble and Day 2 will conclude as soon as one more player hits the rail.
