Best Poker Rooms for Omaha Tournaments in 2025

Best Poker Rooms for Omaha Tournaments in 2025

We’ve gathered online poker rooms that host tournaments for various types of Omaha. We start with the room that offers the most Omaha variations (in fact, it’s the only one with a dedicated “Omaha” section in its tournament filter). The remaining rooms are listed in descending order based on the number of Omaha variants they offer.

This article focuses exclusively on tournaments. We’ll discuss where to find the most active Omaha cash games in a future article.

PokerStars: The All-Time Monopoly When It Comes to Omaha

Buy-ins: $1.10 – $530
Guarantees: $75 – $20K

PokerStars is the only room on our list that features a dedicated “Omaha” tab in its tournament filter. No other online poker room offers such a wide variety of Omaha tournaments as PokerStars:

  • NLO
  • PLO
  • NLO Hi/Lo
  • PLO Hi/Lo
  • Limit O Hi/Lo
  • 5-card PLO
  • 5-card PLO Hi/Lo
  • 6-card PLO
  • NL Courchevel
  • NL Courchevel Hi/Lo
  • PL Courchevel Hi/Lo

The biggest guaranteed tournaments traditionally take place on Sundays:

  • $530 PLO Sunday High Roller $20K GTD
  • $215 PLO Sunday Supersonic $8K GTD
  • $109 Sunday KOmania $5K GTD

Larger tournaments are available during series events. For example, PokerStars adds PLO Main Events with $109, $1K, and $10K buy-ins during SCOOP and WCOOP.

888poker: 5-card & 6-card PLO Tournaments + Mystery Bounty

UTC+3 Time

Buy-ins: $0.10 – $11
Guarantees: $20 – $1K

A year ago, 888poker wouldn’t have made this ranking because Omaha tournaments were nearly nonexistent there. However, in November 2024, they introduced cash tables for 5-card and 6-card PLO. Then, in February 2025, tournaments for these two games were launched.

888poker emphasizes Mystery Bounty tournaments. Half of the Omaha tournaments (including 5-card and 6-card PLO) follow this format, where bounties for knockouts are randomized.During series events, 1-2 additional Omaha tournaments are added. For instance, as part of the ChampionChip Series, the 6-card PLO Special $1.5K GTD will take place on March 22.

GGPoker: Omaha Tournaments with the Largest Guarantees

UTC+3 Time

Buy-ins: $1 – $525
Guarantees: $100 – $100K

If this ranking were based on guaranteed prize pools, GGPoker would easily take the top spot. It’s the only room that offers a regular Omaha tournament with a six-figure guarantee — the $54 The Weekender Omaholic $100K GTD. A key detail: this tournament follows a Stage format, allowing players to enter multiple flights and combine chip stacks.

The main attraction of Omaha tournaments on GGPoker is its series events. These feature exclusive tournaments that aren’t available anywhere else. For example, the WSOP Super Circuit is currently running and includes two trophy events:

  • $400 PLOSSUS Bounty [Stage] $1M GTD – Flights are ongoing, Day 2 on March 24
  • $800 PLO Championship $500K GTD – March 25

Additionally, WSOP Super Circuit offers one-day high roller events:

  • $525 buy-ins with $10K – $100K guarantees
  • $1,050 buy-ins with $15K – $75K guarantees

If you play Omaha MTTs exclusively, GGPoker could be your primary site. However, it ranks only in the middle of our list for one simple reason: it only offers Omaha and 5-card Omaha. 6-card, Hi/Lo, and Courchevel are missing.

RedStar Poker: A Few Daily Events with Buy-ins Up to €20

WET Time

Buy-ins: €1 – €20
Guarantees: €200 – €1K

RedStar Poker hosts 5–10 daily PLO tournaments, including 1–2 PLO8 events. The largest daily tournaments come with €1K guarantees.

During series events, additional PLO tournaments are introduced. For example, during Episode 3, multi-flight tournaments include:

  • €5 buy-in, €5K GTD
  • €15 buy-in, €10K GTD

If you play PLO and PLO8, RedStar Poker is worth considering. While it may not serve as a primary poker room due to limited action, it’s a great secondary option.
