One of the aspects of Online Poker that we give little thought to yet is always right in front of us is the visual aspect of the software – the colours, tone, font, geometry and the layout in general, for example, tend to blend in to the laptop or mobile screen, but are actually of tremendous importance. If we don’t like the look of a poker room then, ultimately, we won’t want to play there. The irony is that we’re not necessarily conscious when we are happy with what we see!
But real money poker sites are constantly taking all these aesthetics and their implications into account, and it’s with this in mind that PokerStars has just overhauled their Spin & Go Lobby.
The changes brought about by the new design have been unveiled in the UK, with a global update expected some time in 2023. As well as new and refreshed colours that have contributed to the new layout, there are also tweaks regarding how information and game details are presented.

Here Are the Key Points:
Perhaps the most noticeable visual difference in this fresh Spin & Go Lobby is the switch to darker colours (compared with the white design on the buy-in box).
Hold’em games are now red-themed, Max Hold’em has undergone a transformation to orange, and Omaha Spins are now purple.

Meanwhile, the general layout has undergone a spring clean, with the Spin & Go branding relocated from the top to the right-hand side of the Lobby, as well as the option to select the number (and type) of games, which used to be found at the bottom.
So, there you have it – changes that make your whole online poker experience easier on the eye, but which you might not have been fully conscious of. It’s these ‘little’ things that aren’t actually little things that make us appreciate the likes of PokerStars all the more…

The most obvious change is that it is now not possible to observe the highest prize spin and go games. I wonder why Pokerstars were unhappy with people being aware of when big prize spins were being played for? I used to like watching them and it proved to me that there were some jackpot games being played. Now, there’s zero evidence.
