2003 — Two Sweden poker players Andreas Oscarsson and Niclas Flisberg founded the Acroud (former name — Highlight Media Group) and PokerListings website. Their team was writing about everything in the poker industry, trying to make as much content as possible every day.
2006 — PokerListings have started regular live poker reporting from WSOP, WSOP Circuit, EPT, Aussie Millions and other major poker series.
2012 — Battle of Malta hosted the first ever PokerListings’ live event with €550 buy-in and €150,000 guarantee.
From 2013 to 2017 — PokerListings hosted mini live series PokerListings Battle of Malta that grew from 2 events in 2013 to 9 events in 2017.
2019 and 2020 — PokerListings expanded its affiliate services from poker only to casino and sports betting.
From 2021 to Present Days — PokerListings continues to grow and expand its partnerships in poker and gambling industries.
